I JACOB COOK of gilforth township in the county of Franklin & state of Pennsylvania yeoman being weak in body but of sound & disposing mind & memory do make and ordain this my last will and testament in manner & form following that is to say it is my will & I orter that all my just debts & funeral Expenses be paid by my Executors hereafter Named. Item it is my will & Testament that my lawful wife ELISABETH shall have as long she rements my wito the thirth Part of all the Benefied of my hol a staid, and I orter that all my personal Propurte shall be sold and be for the seal I give my wife ELISABETH two Cows witch she gives a nd I give my wife ELISABTH six sheep witch she gives and I give my wife ELOSABETH my grea hoss. Item I give onto my wife ELISABETH the bit where we yust to live in. Item I order that no bet shall be sold. Item I give & bequeath unto my son HENRECHT his heirs & assigns for ever that both of my Plantation his after following with all that Bart within the sait of the bige Roat wher the butting is on.
